Q1. What is your MOQ?

A: For products in stock, MOQ is 1 pc. For OEM, the MOQ is 500 pieces per model.

Q2. Can I print my logo and customize the color?

A: Yes of course. You can customize the LOGO, color, package box and user's guide to your language.

Q3. What is the leadtime for sample and bulk order?

A: The leadtime is 2~3 days for samples in stock and around 20~30 working days for bulk order. If it is urgent, we can negotiate.

Q4: What is the payment terms?

A: For samples, we collect payment before shipping. For bulk order, we collect 30% of the total amount as advance payment and the balance before shipping.
